The first Show displaying the different and exciting designs from new designers!
Hats are in bloom along with eye-catching designs on them. It gives us plenty of time to grab an old hat and add on flowers and feathers for the next race day!
DIY hats are the best on the planet because no-one will have the same hat as you!
Another thing I notice is that skirts and/or dresses have a rule: Long or short. Only wear it knee-length if you're going to work.
Shoulder-flare (looks a lot like shoulder pads) is good on fashionistas but I don't think it'll look fabulous in everyday use. I'm sure people would make fun of me if i came in a dress with built-in shoulder pads.
