AUSTRALIA DAY!

Australia Day! A great celebration of where I live! In my years of experience, to have a good Aussie day you need: to wear an Australian Flag

and a big hole in the ground filled with water. We call it a pool.

Now onto the good stuff! Anklets are never out of style, they add a little more bling to the person and it's cheaper than getting a tatoo on your ankel. I saw one on Shlagnia's ankle, only her and I wore and anklet that day! Hers was more ornate than mine having lttle blue beads hanging off a part of the silver anklet.

Sunglasses are a must-have, not only for fashion, they're also used to protect your eyes from the sun. Thr boxy trim glasses from the 80's is in, with bright colored frames. If you want to be safe, keep wearing those black freame glases that everyone else gets. But who wants to be like everyone else?

Go and seek out bright colored framed sunglasses!

Or if you really want to stand out, try a pair of sunnies that look like these. NOTE: They will require some distortion(smashing?) from you.

The main attire of the day was loose, casual. Shorts and high waisted skirts with plain shirts were worn a lot. Deanne in the middle had a nice eye-catching shirt with a part-knot top.

Now in the evening, you gotta go for something ore relaxing because everyone seems to be working the next day. A halterneak hawaiian inpired dress is perfect for the hot weather and it looks great every time!

Everyone remember that most of the time, on Australia day, the colors of clothes are tied to
: Red, Blue Green, and gold. These two gals were well within those bounds! The gorgeous denim blue dress with frills gave the dress more texture. Very impressive for a denim dress. Yellow outfit curtosey of Laura, was a strapless shirt, with short shorts! In this pic you can't see the back of the top but it's just held with a clip so it reveals her back nicely!
